Clean Brees wants customers to be satisfied with our Janitorial work. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how we handle cancellations and refund requests for services and products purchased through clean-brees.echo-op.com.

1. Cancellations

Appointments, bookings, or scheduled services may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting Clean Brees as soon as possible. Specific notice periods (if any) will be communicated at booking time. Late cancellations may be subject to a reasonable fee when work has been reserved or materials ordered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the product or service:

• Services not yet started: generally eligible for a full or partial refund after we confirm cancellation.
• Partially completed work: refunds may be prorated for unfinished portions, less non-recoverable costs.
• Completed services, custom work, and deposits: may be non-refundable where clearly stated at purchase.
• Digital goods or delivered materials: refunds only if defective or not as described, where required by law.

3. How Refunds Are Issued

Where a refund applies, it is issued to the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or other processor used) within a reasonable time after approval — typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can resolve issues directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of future booking privileges and recovery of processing fees where permitted.
